This Policy meets the requirements of the Apple App Store, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other global privacy standards.

Runnie is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. No additional parental consent is requested.

Data may be processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards where required.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any material change will be shown via an in-app pop-up and by updating the "Last updated" date.
